Veggie House Review and Vegeway Vegan Preview!

Veggie House is a Chinese restaurant in LAS VEGAS known for its modern interpretation of classic dishes. Their offerings are definitely intriguing to anyone in the Vegan or Vegetarian community.  In fact I’d have to say that Veggie House was my first experience with many different Asian dishes that even when I was a meat eater I would not eat because the “mystery meat” nature of the usual asian restaurants, at least the ones I had been to when younger. I’d have to say it has been a consistent delight since my very first experience in Fall of 2014.

#The three Vegan dishes we ate this time were. 
-Sizzling Vegan Chicken and Vegetables
It does in fact come out sizzling so that injects some fun & excitement as your watching your food come to the table. The V Chicken is yummy and the veggies always taste fresh.


-Kung Pao Chicken
A spicy stir-fry dish made with vegan chicken, peanuts, vegetables, and chili peppers


-Pad Thai
Classic dish of peanuts, noodles and faux meats.


VEGEWAY PREVIEW:
Chef Kenny will be opening a brand new restaurant called Vegeway in September 2016. When we came in he was very busy but since we are in regularly we were very curious to ask questions about the new place. Chef Kenny was so gracious to spend a few minutes with us explaining that this has been a dream of his to have a burger place since his first experience at IN and OUT 25 years ago. He actually went into the back and made us a quick burger to share. He was so proud of his burger and I must say. It is delicious. He has a special seasoning and a great texture to the patty and gooey delicious cheeze that compliment the 2 different sauces as you bite into the soft bun and crispy lettuce, onion and tomato. He said he wanted a simple delicious experience that anyone can enjoy! I can't wait to bering my omni friends to this drive-thru.

Chef Kenny was knowledgable and friendly, and made us feel comfortable and glad to eat there but in general it is always clean and welcoming with excellent friendly service. I highly recommend this restaurant for omnivores and herbivores alike!

Mercado Ethiopian Las Vegas Restaurant Review


Hey Guys!
Im back with a brand new Mukbang (Meokbang) Today we decide to visit an Ethiopian restaurant. We have loved this place for 2 years now. The manage remembered us from the first visit on oct 31st 2014 when we were married and I took my husbad to try this for the first time :) It never disappoints and we Always have plenty of left overs for another meal or two! 

Merkato may be the closest thing to entering a different world without leaving the city. The smell of exotic spices hit you as soon as you open the door. The servers are always friendly and most do not speak much english. You rip the spongy injera to scoop up the vegetables  It was a little bit spicy and delicious. Altogether, I thought this was a great food experience, and I'm looking forward to coming here soon again!

Pizza Recipe Mukbang Eating show, Trisha Paytas goes Vegan?!

Hey Guys!
Im back with a brand new Mukbang (Meokbang) Today I made some homemade gluten and gluten free pizza! How to Fill you belly on Vegan food! I talk about Trish Paytas going vegan!?  We need to support her and bring more LOVE to the vegan movement :) . And of course enjoying YUMMY FOOD!!

CHEEZY RECIPE:
1/2 cup soaked cashews
1/2 cup chickpeas/garbanzo beans
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1clove garlic
1 tsp salt
4-8 Tbsp Soy milk (as runny as you like)
Blend... top pizza

PIZZA RECIPE:
1 packet active dry yeast
1-4 Tbsp Sugar ( how sweet you like it) Pizza hut uses lots of sugar lol
1 cup warm water
let sit to foam for 5 min.
Add 
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp basil
1/2 Tbsp garlic
2- 21/2 cups flour (gluten or gluten free)
mix and lay out in pan.
let rise for 15-30 min.
Bake 5-10 min at 350.
pull out and top with toppings
bake additional 10-20 min. based on topping and desired browning.

Emotional Eating Mukbang Eating show, Whole Foods Vegan

I talk about dealing with stress and become a little emotional but end with positivity as usual :) . And of course enjoying YUMMY FOOD!!

VEGENATION las vegas VEGAN restaurant REVIEW 2016


Vegenation a community-based restaurant serving fresh, global street food. The food is 100% plant-based. They source a lot of their products and ingredients locally and they do not disappoint. Their offerings are definitely intriguing to anyone in the Vegan or Vegetarian community.   If you are visiting sin city any time soon do something good for yourself and stop by for a bite.

#We got 2 Vegan dishes as well as 2 Desserts
-Casablanca
Moroccan Tagine Harissa Roasted Vegetable. This dish has some delicious quinoa to fill you up. It it well balanced with a bit of sweetness and a spicy kick in the back of your mouth. Definitely a delicious dish and a great twist on a moroccan classic.


-Chicken Pot Pie 
A homemade cream sauce, chicken, peas and mushrooms with a local herb blend.
This was absolutely delicious and it was definitely hard to tel it was meatless. It was my husbands favorite dish so far. It has creamy butter sauce with soft gnocchi and delicious mushrooms for a range of texture. 


BROWNIE SUNDAE
Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate Ice cream and Caramelized Banana. This was divine, I love ice cream and it didn't disappoint. The brownie was fresh and satisfying and the carmelized bananas melt your mouth.  


BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE

Walnut Crust, Organic Blueberries. So creamy luscious and sweetly satisfying. If you have been craving cheesecake since you went vegan this is it! Grab a piece before we eat it all.

Gardein Crispy Nuggets Mukbang Eating show and Nutritional Info, Recipe
