Breakfast Fully VEGAN- Hash browns and Benevolent Bacon- Full Nutritional Info

Here is the basic nutritional breakdown for the foods I am enjoying today!
SILKEN TOFU:
**Protein, which is necessary for proper bodily functions.
**Rich in Iron, supports your immune system, and iron helps your white blood cells destroy infectious agents.
**magnesium, important for normal bone structure in the body. Low magnesium levels in the body have been linked to diseases such as osteoporosis, high blood pressure, clogged arteries, hereditary heart disease, diabetes, and stroke.

**phosphorus, second most abundant mineral in the body. Both DNA and RNA contain phosphorus, which makes it important for growth and cellular reproduction
