KIMCHI NOODLE Stir-fry RECIPE & Mukbang plus Bonus VEGA review :)

Im back with a brand new Mukbang (Meokbang) Today I made a quick KIMCHI NOODLE STID FRY, VEGA Almond Cranberry  Bar and a refreshing Passion Fruit Sparkling Water! RECIPE included. I am talking about GHOSTBUSTERS and the new TONY ROBBINS doc on netflix lol. And of course enjoying YUMMY FOOD!!

Noodle Stir-fry Nutrition Quick Look :)


**TOFU Noodles:
-calcium, potassium, iron and protein

**MUSHROOMS:
-Antioxidants-  Antioxidants gobble up free radicals, destructive molecules that are implicated in heart disease and other ailments. SELENIUM  helps to prevent cell damage, and copper, a mineral that aids in the production of red blood cells. Mushrooms are the only produce that contains significant amounts
-may help prevent prostate cancer in men.

**GARLIC:
-decreases the risk of heart disease, lowers cholesterol.

 **ONIONS:
-good source of vitamin C, vitamin B6, folic acid (hair, skin, and immune system)
-used for treating digestion problems including loss of appetite, upset stomach, and gallbladder disorders; for treating heart and blood vessel problems including Chest pain and High Blood Pressure and for preventing “hardening of the  Arteries”.

**ZUCCHINI:
-Vitamin A and C, magnesium, fiber, folate, riboflavin, phosphorus, potassium and Vitamin B6.
-high in manganese, a mineral which helps the body process fats, carbohydrates, and glucose.

**RED AND YELLOW PEPPERS:
-Vitamin C, calcium, iron, and magnesium as well as other nutrients.

**LIME:
-The health benefits of lime include weight loss, skin care, improved digestion, relief from constipation, eye care, and treatment of scurvy, piles, peptic ulcer, respiratory disorders, gout, gums, urinary disorders
-High in Vitamin C, aids in the production of numerous proteins, especially collagen, which keeps your skin elastic, and helps your body produce and maintain your ligaments, tendons and blood vessels.-Antioxidants are key in neutralizing free radical activity that damages the cells and DNA and can increase the risk of cancer, heart disease and premature aging.

**KIMCHI:
-Rich in Vitamin A, may reduce your risk of developing heart disease and cancer, which can be caused by free radicals, Also helps to maintain healthy vision.
-High in Vitamin C, aids in the production of numerous proteins, especially collagen, which keeps your skin elastic, and helps your body produce and maintain your ligaments, tendons and blood vessels.

VEGA BAR REVIEW:



YUM I loved the mix of almonds, cranberries and Crisp rice puffs :) If you like energy bars this is a great vegan option.
